answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/02/2024 answer text <p>Year-end reconciliation is a national process carried out, in the most part, by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA), and commissioned by NHS England.</p><p>As of 31 January 2024, there were 38 unresolved queries from contract holders about their year-end outcome for 2022/23. This equates to 0.6% of the 6673 contracts within the NHS BSA responsibility to reconcile. Providers were therefore allowed to retain elective funding to cover these costs. This sets out how the National Health Service will make maternity and neonatal care more equitable, as well as safer, and more personalised. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/02/2024 answer text <p>The health advice on vaping is clear: vaping can play a role in helping adult smokers to quit, but if you don’t smoke, don’t vape, and children should never vape. However, youth vaping has tripled in the last three years and one in five children have now used a vape. We know that disposable vapes have played a significant role in this rise, with 69% of children aged between 11 and 17 years old who vape now using disposables, compared to just 7% in 2021.</p><p>Adults will still have access to non-disposable vapes to help them to quit smoking.
