<p>No discussions with the Health and Care Professions Council have taken place about reviewing their definition of psychologists to encompass experts used in the family courts. The criteria for determining which professionals are able to act as experts in family courts is a matter for the Ministry of Justice and the HM Courts and Tribunals Service.</p>
