answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/01/2016 answer text <p>The number of young carers accessing Children and Adolescence Mental health Services (CAMHS) and the number of children provided with young carers assessments following contact with CAMHS will not be published as this data is not collected centrally.</p><br /><p>Clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), working with local partners, have submitted Local Transformation Plans (LTPs) to transform their local offer for children and young people’s mental health. These plans must cover the whole spectrum of services from prevention to intervention for emerging or existing mental health problems and address the full spectrum of need, including the most vulnerable, such as young carers.</p><br /><p>NHS England have received and successfully assured LTPs that cover every clinical CCG in England. This assurance process requires local areas to evidence how they are meeting the needs of vulnerable groups which may include young carers. Young adult carers are unlikely to be covered by these LTPs as these are generally the responsibility of adult mental health services. The labelling of tobacco products is harmonised at European Union level and mandates that the official language of the Member State is used on health warnings for tobacco. I updated the members of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Haemophilia and Contaminated Blood on the progress of the consultation at a meeting in November. A note of this meeting was published on the Haemophilia Society website.</p><br /><p>It is anticipated that the consultation will be published and an announcement made, in January 2016. The Department will be communicating this to all affected individuals and those with an interest. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/12/2015 answer text <p>Sudden loss of life can occur through diagnosed and previously undiagnosed heart conditions in children of any age. This is a devastating event to the families involved and there is no simple solution to prevent every case.</p><br /><p>A large part of the review of congenital heart services that reported in July 2015 focused on producing gold standards for the care of children and infants with heart problems. These standards have now been agreed and will be implemented in April 2016.</p><br /><p>One of the key workstreams arising from the review is improvement in detection of heart disease early in life and there are increasing numbers of specialists involved in this area of cardiology.
