During the September round of UK-EU negotiations, the UK made clear that it wishes to continue with reciprocal healthcare with the EU after the UK’s Exit. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2017 answer text <p>On 31 July Health Education England (HEE) published the National Health Service workforce plan for England; setting out concrete steps for delivering 21,000 new posts (professional and allied) across the mental health system, with the expectation that 19,000 of these places would be filled by staff employed directly by the NHS. The plan focuses on both new staff and on improved retention of existing staff, as well as new roles and new models of mental health care. HEE works directly with a number of partners, including National Health Service trusts, to assess demand and supply for clinical staff, and commissions programmes of education accordingly. The training curricula for postgraduate trainee doctors is set by the relevant medical Royal College, and continuing professional and personal development for registered professionals employed in the NHS is a matter for employers and those individuals.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has put in place a revised accountability and governance model for implementing the Autism Strategy in line with the Autism Act (2009). It has established a Workforce Development Task and Finish Group as part of this work, co-chaired by Health Education England and Skills for Care, which may consider the provision of training in autism diagnosis for clinicians in the NHS. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2017 answer text <p>Children and young people’s (CYP) mental health is a top priority for this Government and we are clear that early intervention is vital.</p><p> </p><p>We are making an additional £1.4 billion available for transformation of CYP mental health services from 2015/16 – 2019/20, and have committed to ensuring an additional 70,000 CYP a year will access National Health Service mental health treatment by 2020. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2017 answer text <p>Services are expected to work together to plan transition effectively and to meet the needs of young people, as well as their families and carers.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England published its Model Specification for Transitions from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, in January 2015, to support better transition planning and delivery by local providers.</p><p> </p><p>Transition from children and young people’s mental health services has also been included as one of 13 mandatory national indicators in the Commissioning for Quality and Innovation scheme (2017/19). answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2017 answer text <p>We welcome the All-Party Parliamentary Group on a fit and healthy childhood’s report on “Physical activity in early childhood” which provides a valuable contribution to the debate as we continue to deliver our world-leading Childhood Obesity Plan.</p><p> </p><p>Physical activity is a key part of our plan and has an important role in maintaining and improving the health and wellbeing of children and young people. We continue to invest in school sport through programmes such as the primary PE and sport premium, School Games, and Change4Life Sports Clubs, to encourage children to be active.</p><p> </p><p>Local authorities are being given over £16 billion to spend on public health over the five years of the 2015 Spending Review. We know that many are prioritising action to tackle obesity and increase physical activity according to their local need.</p><p> </p><p>Public Health England has developed “Everybody Active Every Day”, a national implementation framework for physical activity.
