answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/11/2014 answer text <p>A modernised Nursery Milk Scheme is currently under development and expected to be tendered in due course.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The assessment of any effects of the changes to the Nursery Milk Scheme are part of ongoing discussions between officials via a cross Government Nursery Milk Scheme Task and Finish Group.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The changes have no impact on either the current School Food Standards Regulations or the new School Food Standards Regulations which come into force on 1 January 2015.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Nursery Milk Scheme is available to all children under five who attend an eligible childcare setting for two hours per day or more. Eligible settings include child-minders, day care providers, private and local authority run nurseries. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/11/2014 answer text <p>Over the course of the current spending review, we are investing in excess of £400 million in England to give thousands of people access to National Institute for Health and Care Excellence-approved psychological therapies, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.</p><p> </p><p>The 2014-15 Mandate to NHS England makes clear that ‘everyone who needs it should have timely access to evidence based services’. The Mandate sets a clear objective for NHS England to deliver the key objectives of the Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) programme – providing access to therapies to 15% of those eligible (around 900,000 people) per year by 2015.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We are increasing the availability of IAPT services to cover children and young people and exploring extending services to people with long-term physical health problems and those with severe mental illness.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We have invested £54 million over the period 2011 – 2015/16 in the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (CYP IAPT) programme. The Programme works with services covering up to 60% of England’s 0-19 population, and will cover approximately 68% by the end of 2014-15. This is giving children and young people improved access to the best evidenced mental health care. NHS England is planning for a countrywide extension of the programme with Health Education England.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The IAPT programme is working with a number of the Department’s Strategic Partners to promote wider access of the service to all sections of the community. The Department does however recognise the potential benefits of training doctors and nurses in mindfulness.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The National Institute for Clinical Excellence guidance for the National Health Service has recommended Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for recurrent depression since 2004. MBCT is available through a number of Improving Access to Psychological Therapy services in England.</p><p> </p><p>Health Education England (HEE) supports the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement to the patients and public of England, by ensuring that we have the workforce in the right numbers, with the right skills, values and behaviours, at the right time and in the right place. HEE is developing the workforce to deliver compassionate, high quality care.</p><p> </p><p>HEE has established a Mental Health Advisory Group to promote and enhance mental health education and training across the professions and provide strategic professional advice and expertise on workforce planning and education development. The Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCI) has published information on reasons, for example respiratory problems, for accident and emergency attendance in its <em>Hospital Episode Statistics: Accident and Emergency Attendances in England 2012-13</em>, but this does not identify specific conditions, such as asthma, that may have prompted an accident and emergency visit or unplanned hospital admission.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Since 1 November 2013, the Department has received 44 representations through the Department’s Ministerial correspondence unit and two parliamentary questions, including the hon. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2014 answer text <p>Symptoms of Ebola can emerge at any time up to 21 days after exposure to the virus and there is therefore a chance that an individual may be well on their return to the United Kingdom, but then subsequently develop symptoms.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>As part of the entry screening process all returning travellers, including health care workers, humanitarian care workers and any other returnees from an affected country, who have been involved in any activities involving contact with cases of Ebola, will receive information about Ebola symptoms and what to do in the event of becoming unwell.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The screening programme is a valuable point of reassurance that we have met with returning health and humanitarian care workers, and assessed requirements to monitor and support them. The HPPs are supported by administrative staff for the collation of the health assessment forms, prior to the risk categorisation.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>There is a clear evidence-based algorithm to follow for screening staff at ports. All of the screening staff members have had specific training on the guidelines.
