<p /> <p /> <p>DWP has a quality framework in place for checking the accuracy of Short Term Benefit Advance decisions. In February 2014, checks confirmed 96% accuracy of application decisions. In terms of timeliness, an average 98% of all application decisions made throughout the operational year since April 2013 were made within 24 hours.</p>
