answer text <p /> <p /> <p>I have been asked to respond as Minister with responsibilty for the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).</p><p> </p><p>Reviews of health and safety regulation carried out for the Government by Lord Young and by Professor Ragnar Löfstedt, and endorsed in HSE's recent triennial review, found a near universal agreement that the UK legal framework is fit for purpose. However, there does exist some misunderstanding about what H&amp;S legislation actually requires.</p><p> </p><p>Partly in response to this, the Health and Safety Executive's Myth Busters Challenge Panel allows the public to challenge decisions and policies ascribed to health and safety if they believe them to be incorrect.</p><p>To date the Panel has considered over 270 cases. answer text <p /> <p /> <p>Following the initial review of its commitment to prison processes the Child Support Agency has continued to develop and evolve its processes and procedures, particularly in relation to the non-resident parent's ability to make payment.</p><p>As a result of increased focus on gaining payment compliance prior to considering commitment proceedings, the volume of commitment applications made remains lower than during the period preceding the moratorium.</p><p>The Agency is however continuing to make both new commitment applications and applications where the parent has defaulted on the terms of a commitment sentence where this seems the enforcement measure most likely to secure payment compliance.</p> more like this

Figures published by the Office for National Statistics suggest that most job opportunities being created in the recovery are full-time and permanent. The number of people in work has risen by more than 450,000 in the last year. answer text <p /> <p /> <p>We are committed to ensuring pensioners receive the benefits they are entitled to.</p><p>DWP's National Partnerships Team works with over 4,400 customer representative organisations, both nationally and locally, to provide a wide range of advice and support for pensioners.</p><p> </p><p>DWP has also introduced a web-based Pension Credit toolkit at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/pension-credit-toolkit" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/pension-credit-toolkit</a></p><p>Its purpose is to provide customer representative organisations with all the information needed in order to talk to pensioners about Pension Credit. In partnership with Age UK, local authorities and other groups, a structured campaign was undertaken to create awareness of the Toolkit amongst those who support our customers.</p><p> </p><p>DWP makes information available in various locations (for example, our website at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/browse/benefits" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/browse/benefits</a> and leaflets are available from our DWP Information Line on 0845 7313233) to ensure that people are aware of the benefits to which they may be entitled and how to claim them.</p><p> </p><p>We also have capacity through the Age Action Alliance to raise awareness of Pension Credit with its members which includes older people's forums and linked organisations from across the UK.</p>
