<p>The number of eligible recipients for Cold Weather Payments in areas which have
had a cold weather trigger since 1<sup>st</sup> November 2018 is estimated at 882,000.
An estimated £27,100,000 was paid, and Cold Weather Payments are fixed at £25.</p><p>
