This is set out in the Environmental Statement, Appendix 3.3, Junction 24, Inworth Road and Community Bypass Technical Report on the Inspectorate’s website.</p><p> </p><p>An independent examining authority will carry out an examination of the proposal, including public hearings, and in due course will make a recommendation on whether to grant development consent order.
