In addition a Penalty Notice for Disorder can be issued to any offender over 18 years of age and the amount is currently £60.</p><p> </p><p>Prosecutions are a matter for the police and the courts. In 2018, those devolution arrangements were further strengthened in line with one of the recommendations of the Commission on Devolution in Wales (‘the Silk Commission’). answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>The Government announced on 18 October 2018 that, as part of the Cycling and Walking Investment Strategy (CWIS) Safety Review, The Highway Code would be reviewed to help keep cyclists and pedestrians safe on the roads.
