The operation of Britain’s railway infrastructure lies with Network Rail and it takes threats to, and trespass on, the railway network very seriously. When unlawful protest occurs, BTP leads in the response, investigation and prosecution of offenders. The ULEZ is one of The Mayor of London’s proposals to improve London’s air quality, and it is for him to manage any incentives relating to the scheme.</p><p>The Government is committed to increasing cycling and walking, and has a wide range of policies in place to support this. The Department for Transport issued guidance on the development of these schemes in ‘Local Transport Note 1/12: Shared use routes for pedestrians and cyclists’. It stresses the importance of high quality, inclusive design which addresses the needs of all users, including older people and disabled people. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/04/2019 answer text <p>The Post Office began issuing all three formats of International Driving Permits (IDPs) in 2,500 branches on 1 February 2019, with 90 percent of the UK population living within ten miles of an issuing branch.</p><p> </p><p>Centrally, the Post Office currently holds around 1.3million IDPs. The Post Office is working to increase the number of IDP issuing branches to 3,000, focusing on areas which have seen high levels of sales.
