Working closely with Transport for London and Network Rail, we must ensure that we are achieving value for money, which requires a robust business case and funding plan. answer text A robust business case and funding plan will provide the foundations to allow Crossrail 2 development to progress at pace before, during, and after a Hybrid Bill. An extensive programme of work is being undertaken to prepare to deposit a Hybrid Bill, in line with recommendations made by the National Infrastructure Commission, subject to Parliamentary time allowing and approval of the business case. more like this
