The amount of Performance Payment in relation to each Reporting Period comprised in an EMA Performance Period will be the sum of the three amounts corresponding to the Franchisee's EMA Review score for the three EMA Criteria (operational performance, customer experience and acting as a Good and Efficient Operator).
