answer text <p>Ministers and officials in the Department for International Trade are working closely with counterparts across a wide range of markets, in order to promote the UK as a great place to do business and with which to trade. We have announced nine working groups in the last 12 months: with Australia, China, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Israel, India, New Zealand, Norway, Turkey and South Korea. The GCC comprises 6 countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. As the PM announced during her visit to Washington, we will also take forward high-level talks with the USA.</p> more like this

That includes seeking to achieve continuity in our trade and investment relationships with third countries, including those covered by EU agreements with other countries, such as Mutual Recognition Agreements. answer text <p>The UK Government welcomed the vote to approve the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement in the European Parliament on 15 February. Subject to Canadian ratification, this will enable the agreement to be provisionally applied in spring this year. Once the agreement has been provisionally applied, the UK will move towards ratifying the agreement, but the exact timetable has not yet been decided.</p> more like this
