answer text <p>DFID has committed to developing a framework for its work on health systems strengthening which will set out areas of focus for work in developing countries and globally. The framework will encompass the global processes that are already underway in the transition from the Millennium Development Goals to the new post-2015 development goals and will consider the implications for measurement of progress towards universal health coverage.</p><p> </p> more like this

I have therefore chosen to answer these two questions together. DFID recognises 55 countries as being fragile or conflict-affected. The list is revised every two years. ODA spend is calculated on a calendar-year basis; provisional figures for 2014 UK ODA spend will be published in the spring. In addition, DFID funds multilateral organisations, global programmes and NGOs delivering programmes in FCAS.</p><p> </p>

I have therefore chosen to answer these two questions together. DFID recognises 55 countries as being fragile or conflict-affected. The list is revised every two years. ODA spend is calculated on a calendar-year basis; provisional figures for 2014 UK ODA spend will be published in the spring. In addition, DFID funds multilateral organisations, global programmes and NGOs delivering programmes in FCAS.</p><p> </p>
