<p>The Department for International Development has no “gagging” clauses in its Standard Terms and Conditions. DFID uses a number of Calldown contracts from Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Frameworks. The Terms and Condition of these frameworks are managed and owned by Crown Commercial Service, who should be contacted direct regarding their Terms and Conditions.</p>
