<p>The international humanitarian response relies on national NGOs for aid delivery. This is the only way to reach the millions of Yemenis in need, including those in remote or difficult to reach areas. For example, over 50% of the delivery partners of the Yemen Humanitarian Pooled Fund (YHPF) are national NGOs. The YHFP is a key funding mechanism that provides rapid support to NGOs and UN agencies to meet priority humanitarian needs in Yemen.</p>
