answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/05/2018 answer text <p>The Department for Exiting the European Union does not have a bespoke IT system or dedicated mobile phone provision.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Department’s IT and mobile phone service is hosted by the Cabinet Office. Given national security concerns they feel it would be inappropriate to publicly supply a list of applications approved for use on mobile phones issued by the Cabinet Office. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/05/2018 answer text <p>As a new Department DExEU is not in a position to provide information prior to 2016/17. In 2016/17, no staff were off sick due to mental illness or stress and fewer than 10 individuals were absent in 2017/18 due to stress or mental health conditions and therefore the Department is not in a position to release this information as individuals may be identifiable.</p><p> </p><p>The Civil Service has set out five priorities for the health and wellbeing of its employees, including priorities in relation to physical and mental wellbeing. In addition, the Civil Service has also committed to being a leading employer on mental health support, in line with the recommendations set out in the recently published independent review Thriving At Work.</p><p> </p><p>Health and Wellbeing forms part of the Department for Exiting the European Union’s commitment to making the Department a great place to work. The Department is committed to reducing work related absence due to mental health illness and has a number of services and initiatives in place to support members of staff suffering from such conditions. To date 32 DExEU staff have been trained by Mental Health First Aid England as mental health champions and staff also have access to the Employee Assistance Programmes.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Department has a dedicated mental health and wellbeing group who have been leading on a number of wellbeing activities across the Department to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of staff employed in the Department. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/05/2018 answer text <p>The Secretary of State meets regularly with Ministerial counterparts from other EU Member States and with individuals in the EU institutions to discuss a wide range of policy issues linked to our exit from the EU.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>During the first phase of negotiations the UK pushed hard to secure the right of onward movement for UK nationals with permanent status in another EU Member State. However, the European Commission felt that this was an issue that could not be resolved through the first phase of negotiations. This remains an important matter for the Government.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We have however agreed the continued recognition of qualifications, where recognition decisions were received or where recognition procedures were ongoing, before the end of the implementation period. This will cover the European Professional Card, qualifications recognised under the MRPQ directive for the purpose of establishment, lawyers practising under host State title, approved statutory auditors, and persons engaged in the trade and distribution of toxic products.</p><p> </p><p>The reciprocal agreement we have reached on citizens’ rights will mean that UK and EU citizens will be able to continue to move through EU countries as they do now, until the end of the implementation period. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/05/2018 answer text <p>As a result of the significant progress made in negotiations, and the agreement reached at March European Council on the implementation period and Withdrawal Agreement, we are increasingly confident that we will secure a deal with the EU and that the prospect of leaving negotiations with ‘no deal’ has receded significantly.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The section of the Withdrawal Agreement dealing with Financial Provisions was agreed at negotiators’ level at the time of the March European Council. As such it was turned ‘green’ and is now considered closed. Over three quarters of the Withdrawal Agreement text overall is now coloured green.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We have been clear that we will be reaching an agreement on our future partnership at the same time as the Withdrawal Agreement.
