<p>The Prime Minister has been clear that free movement of people will end as we leave
the EU.</p><p>In future it will be for the UK Government and Parliament to determine
the domestic immigration rules that will apply. We are carefully considering a range
of options for the future immigration system and we will make decisions based on evidence
and engagement. This will help us design a new immigration system that works in the
national interest. We will publish a White Paper on the future border and immigration
system later this year.</p><p>But we recognise that mobility is a key element of economic,
cultural and scientific cooperation. That is why we want to agree a reciprocal mobility
framework with the EU that will support businesses to provide services and allow people
to travel without a visa for temporary business activity.</p><p> </p>
