answer text <p>The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) publishes data on the proportion of 18 year olds entering full-time undergraduate higher education by parliamentary constituency and region. UCAS do not publish data by local authority or county.</p><p>The entry rates since 2010/11 for Barnsley East constituency and Yorkshire and the Humber are shown in the table A attachment.</p><p>The department publishes data on the percentage of 15 year old pupils from state-funded and special schools who entered higher education by age 19 by local authority and region.</p><p>The latest figures for Barnsley and Yorkshire and the Humber are shown in the table B attachment.</p><p>Figures are not published at county level.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The responsibility for managing asbestos in a building rests with the ‘dutyholder’ and there may be multiple dutyholders. Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, a dutyholder includes persons that have maintenance and repair obligations in respect of non-domestic premises, control of any part of the premises, or means of access or egress.</p><p>Education legislation does not contain any express powers to make it mandatory for schools in England to respond to data collection surveys regarding the presence and management of asbestos on their premises. However, all state-funded schools and academies in England, and their respective responsible bodies, were expected to complete the Asbestos Management Assurance Process (AMAP) survey.</p><p>Although the AMAP is a voluntary survey, over 88% of schools have responded. The department is continuing to work with schools that have not yet responded, to encourage them to do so.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Department for Education officials have been working closely with higher education (HE) representative bodies including Universities UK, Independent HE, Guild HE, the Russell Group and others (representing the full spectrum of HE providers across the UK) on exiting the EU preparations. In all scenarios, the objective was to not only understand any concerns from universities but to also communicate policy.</p><p> </p><p>The department has also published a number of notices providing advice and guidance to support the HE sector to prepare for exiting the EU. We will continue to update these as relevant, ensuring that HE institutions are aware of these updates.</p><p> </p><p>The government has also launched a public information campaign to ensure that UK citizens, businesses, HE providers and EU citizens living in the UK, as well as UK nationals living in the EU, are well informed about how exiting the EU will affect them.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The department expects that all schools will meet the School Food Standards in a no-deal scenario. Our standards ensure that schools meals are healthy and nutritious, and restrict the amount of fat, sugar and salt that can be served during the school day.</p><p>The UK has a high level of food security built upon a diverse range of sources, including strong domestic production and imports from other countries. This will continue to be the case whether we leave the EU with or without a deal.
