The model for the service changed in October 2014 replacing paid sessional activity with a payment by results system to incentivise better customer outcomes.</p><p> </p><p>The periods 2012-13, 2013- 14 and Apr- Sept 2014 represent the number of paid sessions accessed by customers under the old model.</p><p> </p><p>For Oct 2014-Mar 2015 and 2015-2016 we report the number of adviser sessions that delivered a customer satisfaction outcome under the new model. In the new model the majority of customers will have had more than one session of advice or guidance to achieve an outcome. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/12/2016 answer text <p>The Careers &amp; Enterprise Company is making excellent progress in transforming the provision of careers, enterprise and employer engagement for young people to inspire them and prepare them for the world of work.</p><p> </p><p>The Company’s Careers and Enterprise Fund supports activity across all regions, and greater funding is focused in areas where it is needed most, based on ‘cold spots’ analysis. Funding awards were made in February 2016 and will benefit 250,000 young people. Further details of successful awards can be found at: <a href="http://www.careersandenterprise.co.uk/map#fund" target="_blank">www.careersandenterprise.co.uk/map#fund</a>.</p><p> </p><p>The Company’s Enterprise Adviser Network is now live in over 1,100 secondary schools and colleges across the country. These senior business volunteers support the Senior Leadership Team of the school with strategic plans for employer engagement, ultimately benefiting all pupils. We are considering the options carefully, taking into account the need to give schools and local authorities stability. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/10/2016 answer text <p>Our plan is that the curriculum requirements that apply to existing grammar schools will apply to any proposed new grammar schools.</p><p> </p><p>The requirement under section 404 of the Education Act 1996 for schools to have a statement of their policy on the provision of sex education applies to maintained schools, and the requirement to teach sex education (under section 80 of the Education Act 1996) applies to maintained secondary schools only. Grammar schools operating in the maintained sector are required to teach sex education and must adhere to the requirement under section 404 of the Education Act 1996.</p><p> </p><p>Academies, including grammar schools which are academies, must teach a broad and balanced curriculum and in respect of sex education, they must – like maintained schools - have regard to the Secretary of State’s statutory Sex and Relationship Education guidance issued in 2000. The guidance stipulates that schools must have an up-to-date policy in relation to their sex and relationship education provision.
