answer text <p>The Metropolitan Police's 2013 report &quot;Ticket Crime&quot; highlights that many of the methods that touts use to acquire tickets are already illegal, as is the act of fraudulently selling fake or non-existent tickets.</p><p> </p><p>I will continue to discuss the secondary ticket market with ministerial colleagues and the relevant stakeholders, this includes discussion of options that will help consumers to make informed ticket purchases in a safe and secure environment.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Arts Council England has the responsibility for making individual spending decisions independently of Ministers and Government. The Arts Council’s Relationship Managers are in contact with The Black-E and they are clear that they will continue to do all that they can to keep the dialogue open with the organisation, supporting staff, management and funding partners to maintain its continued development.</p><p> </p><p>The Arts Council have supported The Black-E through recent years including when it was recently successful in being awarded a £450,000 small-scale capital grant which will further support their work and will increase their capacity to source additional income. Although the organisation will receive a smaller level of investment from 2015, the Arts Council are working with The Black-E to negotiate the best way forward to meet their goals over the coming months.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government asked the Law Commission to produce a report on the Electronic Communications Code. The Law Commission reported in February 2013, setting out a number of recommendations for a reformed Code.</p><p>Since the publication of this report, DCMS officials have been analysing the effect of the existing Code, and in turn Code reform, on the development of networks, including mobile networks in urban and rural areas. The Law Commission’s report found evidence that the existing Code makes the rollout of communications networks more difficult, and representations received by DCMS from mobile network operators have supported this conclusion.</p> more like this
