answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/10/2015 answer text <p>We are proposing action in a number of areas to encourage the market to invest in better fixed communications infrastructure.</p><p>We intend to reform the Electronic Communications Code - the statutory framework governing rights of access to private premises. We will be implementing the Broadband Cost Reduction Directive to help reduce the cost of rolling out high speed broadband. We will review the effectiveness of the fixed planning changes introduced in England in 2013 to determine whether they should be made permanent. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/09/2015 answer text <p>The UK has made it a criminal offence to deal dishonestly in tainted cultural property and issued guidelines to help UK dealers and auction houses consider the relevant issues such as ensuring good provenance of cultural objects in which they deal.</p><p> </p><p>However, the Government believes that regulating trade in art and antiquities is primarily the responsibility of the art and antiquities trade itself. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/09/2015 answer text <p>Government funds a small group of museums with Grant in Aid and there are no plans to extend the number of these at this time.</p><p> </p><p>A range of factors determine what constitutes a ‘national museum’, and one of the central criteria is the significance of the museum’s collection.</p><p> </p><p>In the case of the National Children’s Museum Government understands and supports the principle of family friendly interactive spaces. Government’s view is that this institution’s collection is not of a standard or scale comparable to National Museums such as the British Museum.
