However, the English Housing Survey collects information on the accessibility and adaptability of all homes, including new homes. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2017 answer text <p>The majority of businesses saw no change or a fall in their business rates liability at the 2017 revaluation. A £3.6 billion transitional relief scheme is providing support for the minority of businesses that face increases. From 1 April 2017 the Government permanently doubled the level of Small Business Rate Relief increasing the thresholds to benefit a greater number of businesses. Eligible properties with a rateable value of £12,000 and below now receive 100 per cent relief. This means that 600,000 small businesses pay no business rates at all. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/09/2017 answer text <p>In line with advice from a panel of independent experts, the testing process for cladding samples being run by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) is specifically designed to characterise the core of Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding samples.</p><p>The tests are not designed for, nor can they provide suitable information on, any non-Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding samples.</p><p>In each of these cases the landlord will be informed that their sample is not ACM cladding and has not been tested.
