Across the main sites, there is currently outline planning permission for 622,259 square metres of office and industrial space, 26,850 square metres of retail space and 192,000 square metres of hotel and leisure space. So far, jobs have been created at a new restaurant/public house and primary school with a new hotel opening in January 2018.
