answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2017 answer text <p>On 12 October my noble friend the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Lord Bourne of Aberystwyth, met Angela Constance MSP (Cabinet Secretary for Communities, Social Security and Equalities in the Scottish Government) together with Carl Sargeant AM (Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Children in the Welsh Government) in Edinburgh. The meeting was the second in a series aimed at exploring common interest and sharing best practice on community cohesion.
