answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/12/2020 answer text <p>The Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed) of up to £3,000 per four-week period is available to all businesses in England that have been required to close due to local and national restrictions.</p><p> </p><p>In order to qualify for this grant, businesses must be part of the business rate system. Local authority guidance was published on 3<sup>rd</sup> November and grant offer letters were sent to local authorities on 6<sup>th</sup> November. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/11/2020 answer text <p>The Government welcomes efforts by supermarkets to ensure vulnerable groups, including parents with newborn babies, can shop safely and access the goods they need.
