answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2019 answer text <p>In an insolvent situation, the Government steps in to offer a level of protection to employees who would otherwise receive nothing from their insolvent employer. The Insolvency Service’s Redundancy Payments Service is committed to ensuring individuals made redundant are paid the monies due to them as quickly as possible.
