answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/06/2019 answer text <p>The Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 2014 require heat suppliers to notify their heat networks to the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS). The data is collected for compliance and enforcement purposes. OPSS are able to provide a partial postcode for the heat networks in the Borough, should this be requested. However, the names of heat suppliers and the exact locations of heat networks in the Royal Borough of Greenwich cannot be published as it is commercially sensitive information. Additionally, this data will fall within the definition of ‘personal data’ where it includes information relating to an identifiable person who directly, or indirectly, can be identified by the linking of other data sources. Between 1990 and 2017, the UK reduced its emissions by over 40 per cent while growing the economy by more than two thirds. The Clean Growth Strategy sets out our plans to build on our progress in decarbonising the power sector, while looking further across the whole of the economy and the country. It includes ambitious proposals on housing, business, transport, the natural environment and green finance. We have not made any assessment of the impact of working shorter hours on climate change.</p><p> </p><p>The Government does, though, continue to support flexible working practices, as part of our commitment to ensuring that everyone can access fair and decent work as set out in the Good Work Plan. For example, all employees with 26 weeks’ continuous service with their employer have the right to request Flexible Working. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/06/2019 answer text <p>Community and local energy projects are an important element of carbon reduction and government continues to support communities who wish to become carbon neutral or reduce their carbon footprint.</p><p> </p><p>At the end of May, the Rural Community Energy Fund reopened to support communities seeking to develop a wide range of low carbon activities. The £10m fund provides grants to communities for the feasibility studies into their ideas for action and where viable another grant to help develop the project to investment readiness.</p><p> </p><p>The Rural Community Energy Fund will be delivered through the local energy hubs, created as part of the BEIS Local Energy Programme. The 5 hubs cover all the Local Enterprise Partnerships and the South West hub is managed by the West of England Combined Authority. We are already exceeding our 2020 projections today, with over 13GW of solar capacity installed in the UK, enough to power over 3 million homes.</p><p> </p><p>I regularly discuss a range of issues with my rt. hon. Friend Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer.
