answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/12/2022 answer text <p>Sustainable Warmth projects from 2021 are currently in delivery and Local Authorities (LAs) have until 31 March 2023 to complete these projects. The Government monitors delivery through monthly reporting scheme delivery data. Once the scheme concludes, the Government will carry out an evaluation of its impact.</p><p>The Sustainable Warmth competition was given a finite period for delivery and will not be repeated in the same form for 2023. Several policies are available enabling LAs to access funding for energy efficiency beyond March 2023 including £1.5bn through the Home Upgrade Grant and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. The Government has also announced a further £1 billion extension of the scheme through ECO+ to start in Spring 2023.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has also launched a digitally led service ‘find ways to save energy in your home’. The Government's approach to supporting fuel poor households was set out in the fuel poverty strategy, Sustainable Warmth, in February 2021.</p><p> </p><p>The cost-of-living crisis gives even greater urgency for action to make homes more energy efficient and reduce energy bills.
