answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/12/2018 answer text <p>The most recent official data on length of family-related leave taken by parents is from the Maternity and Paternity Rights Survey in 2009, which collected data from parents of children born in 2008 across Great Britain.</p><p> </p><p>This shows that in 2008, 73% of fathers who took some time off used paternity leave. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/12/2018 answer text <p>The recent State aid judgment by the ECJ against the European Commission in the Tempus case was decided on procedural grounds, holding that the Commission should have consulted more fully before granting State aid approval in 2014. It did not challenge the nature of the Capacity Market mechanism itself. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/12/2018 answer text <p>My Rt hon Friend the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy recently met his Chinese Counterpart at the UK-China Energy Dialogue in December 2017, where they discussed a wide range of issues around transitioning to a low carbon economy, including China’s efforts to reduce the amount of coal in its energy mix.
