Neither my Rt Hon Friend the Secretary of State nor I intend to meet with Sir Philip Green or the employees at this stage. The Insolvency Service is conducting an investigation into the conduct of those controlling BHS and this will cover the reasons for the administration. As part of that investigation the Insolvency Service may, if appropriate, meet with Sir Philip Green or any other relevant party, including current and former employees.
