answer text <p>The <a href="http://legislation.gov.uk/" target="_blank">legislation.gov.uk</a> website is delivered by The National Archives and is a major online public service, visited by over two million people each month. The site provides access to legislation in a wide variety of formats. All of the content is open and freely available for access and re-use. The National Archives is committed to making the website as accessible as possible to users with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairments, in line with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. There is a conformance statement at <a href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/accessibility" target="_blank">http://www.legislation.gov.uk/accessibility</a>. Braille copies of legislation as it was enacted or made are provided on request, free of charge.</p><p>Legislation changes continually. All new legislation is published on the website shortly after it is enacted or made. This year The National Archives introduced a new service level for keeping primary legislation up-to-date, applying amendments to the revised legislation within three months of the quarter in which they came into force.</p>

The group meets as and when required, and members include ministers and officials from the relevant departments, including Defra, DECC, DfT and BIS. To protect the integrity of the policy making process, we do not comment on specific membership or the frequency and timing of meetings.</p> more like this
