My officials are in regular discussions with Capita’s leadership who have assured us that it remains committed to delivering its public sector contracts.</p><p>Responsibility for monitoring service delivery sits within individual contracting authorities. Officials visit all parts of the UK regularly, they have met with many individuals and organisations on a wide range of subjects and will continue to do so.</p><p> </p><p>For example, the Cabinet Office Communications department is running seven Civil Service Live events for 18,000 civil servants across the UK. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/05/2018 answer text <p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p>From the ONS Civil Service Statistics, based on the <em>profession of post economic and statistic by responsibility level</em>, the following figures are identified under Commercial headcount:</p><p> </p><p>2013: 2,230</p><p>2014: 3,280</p><p>2015: 5,590</p><p>2016: 5,130</p><p>2017: 5,210</p><p> </p><p>Data caveats:</p><p>1) Profession definitions relate to the post occupied by the person and are not dependent on qualifications the individual may have.</p><p>2) Professions involves matching people data to posts.
