<p>I am proud to be one of Government’s Pro Bono Champions and show my support for
the pro bono community.</p><p> </p><p>I heard from members of my Pro Bono Committee
in September about the impact of the pandemic on their services, and the resilience
and flexibility they have shown in the face of such adversity.</p><p> </p><p>This
is not the first time the legal profession has stepped forward to help in a crisis,
and I would like to put on record my gratitude to all those who have volunteered their
time and expertise during this difficult time.</p>
