I have personally expressed the importance of ensuring staff felt able to voice concerns at a DE&S “Town Hall” meeting in November 2023.As well as speaking to their management chain, staff have a number of formal and informal routes to raise behaviour which falls outside our values, including the MOD Helpline, the Employee Assistance Programme and in-house mediation service.
