answer text <p>I have personally expressed the importance of ensuring staff felt able to voice concerns at a DE&amp;S “Town Hall” meeting in November 2023.</p><p>As well as speaking to their management chain, staff have a number of formal and informal routes to raise behaviour which falls outside our values, including the MOD Helpline, the Employee Assistance Programme and in-house mediation service.</p><p> </p> more like this
