answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence (MOD) is aware of the issue with abandoned vessels on land owned by the MOD at Cornwall Beach in Plymouth.</p><p>Plymouth City Council cleared the area earlier in 2023, and, with MOD agreement, are considering the installation of lockable bollards to prevent public access. MOD Officials are continuing to liaise with Plymouth City Council regarding this issue.</p><p> </p> more like this
