The UK government responded to requests by the Greek Government to provide specific humanitarian goods. The UK has provided kitchen sets to nearly 2,000 vulnerable families to prepare and cook food, and solar lanterns to help them stay safe.</p><p>Throughout the pandemic the UK has remained ready to receive those accepted for transfer under the Dublin Regulation. We remain in regular contact with sending Member States, including Greece, who are responsible for arranging transfers. We have therefore made relevant adjustments in order to support those affected.</p><p>Such adjustments are among a range of measures put in place by the Home Office to support those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/11/2020 answer text <p>The Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) collects data on incidents regarding theft from a vehicle, including details of the items stolen, such as car parts. The number of incidents identified involving the theft of a catalytic converter are too small to provide a reliable estimate.</p><p>Since the introduction of the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013, there has been a steady downward trend in metal-related thefts, with recorded offences of metal theft having decreased by 74% from the year ending March 2013 to year ending March 2020. However, infrastructure-related metal thefts, which include catalytic converters, have increased by 21% in the year ending March 2020.</p><p>No assessment has been made as to the involvement of organised criminals in catalytic converter theft.</p><p>The Government recognises the negative impact this crime has on industry and the public, causing distress and disruption to victims. We continue to work to understand what more can be done to tackle the theft of catalytic converters. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2020 answer text <p>Our Future Points Based system will operate on a global basis, not on whether someone’s passport was issued by an EU or non-EU country.</p><p>As has been the case since 2008, the UK’s immigration system will not offer a dedicated route for au pairs. However, there are other immigration routes which will exist for people who may wish to take up these roles, such as the Youth Mobility Scheme (YMS).</p><p>The UK currently operates eight YMS arrangements which are principally designed for cultural exchange. The Government welcomes the MAC’s comprehensive advice; however, we do not consider changes to the SOLs should be made at this time, before assessing how the UK labour market develops post-Covid 19 and in response to the introduction of the new Points-Based Immigration System on 1 January 2021.</p><p>As published on 22 October, the Immigration Rules for the new Points-Based Immigration System include an Appendix Shortage Occupation Lists. This replaces the existing lists under Appendix K.
