answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/09/2020 answer text <p>I have regular discussions with the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on a range of policy issues of importance to the UK and to Scotland.</p><p>The Government is committed to the development of hydrogen as a strategic decarbonised energy carrier for the UK. We are currently developing our strategic approach to hydrogen and its potential to deliver against our net zero goals and we will set out our plans in due course.</p><p>Scotland is well placed to play a significant role in the development of the hydrogen strategy and to grow the hydrogen economy.
