answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/05/2020 answer text <p>We are carefully following PHE Guidance which recommends that separate rooms should be provided for symptomatic people, or they should be moved to hotels.</p><p>Those with underlying health conditions and people over 70 years of age should also be moved to the appropriate hotel accommodation following PHE guidance, unless individuals do not wish to be moved. We are reviewing each case on an individual basis and continue to work with our providers to ensure the guidance is followed. These principles include support for prepayment meter customers, who primarily use electronic tokens, keys or cards to top up their meters. HMRC releases this information monthly, as a National Statistic called the Overseas Trade in Goods Statistics.</p><p>There is aggregated trade data available for personal protective equipment (PPE) goods and for the periods requested on HMRC’s website, under ‘Build your own data tables’ at the following link:</p><p><a href="https://www.uktradeinfo.com/Pages/Home.aspx" target="_blank">uktradeinfo.com</a></p><p>The site also contains a ‘Help’ function with information on how to extract trade data.</p><p>HMRC also maintains a list of COVID-19 products, including PPE goods, and their commodity codes on GOV.UK. This temporary change is to ensure the most efficient and safe use of the available resources.</p><p>It has been necessary to implement some other temporary service changes across England in response to COVID-19. Passengers arriving at UK airports are provided with information on symptoms and the latest social distancing advice to bolster public health measures already in place.</p><p>We will continuously review the most appropriate response at the UK border to the changing situation in relation to CV-19, both in the UK and across the international community.</p><p>The same social distancing rules apply to new arrivals into the UK as apply to the population as a whole, as per the clear advice PHE have set out. Travelling time as with routine dental services will vary depending on the locality. NHS England and NHS Improvement are working urgently to ensure urgent dental services are in place for all who need them.</p><p>NHS dentistry was reorganised in late March along with other NHS primary care services to minimise face to face care to contain the spread of COVID-19 during the peak of the pandemic. Dentists were asked to suspend all routine treatment and instead to offer urgent advice and, where required, prescriptions for antibiotics by telephone. Urgent treatment was made available through urgent dental centres (UDCs) set up in each National Health Service region.</p><p>As of 25 May there are currently over 550 UDCs open across England. Patients are triaged into UDCs by their own dentistry or through NHS 111. The urgent dental centres are expected to provide, where urgently needed, the full range of dental treatment normally available on the NHS.</p><p>NHS England and NHS Improvement announced on 28 May that NHS dentistry outside urgent care centres will begin to restart from 8 June with the aim of increasing levels of service as fast as is compatible with maximising safety. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/04/2020 answer text <p>The United Kingdom has been a signatory to the European Union Joint Procurement Agreement since 2014 and is eligible to participate in EU joint procurements during the transition period under the terms of the Withdrawal Act.</p><p> </p><p>Owing to an initial communication problem, the UK did not receive an invitation in time to take part in the first four EU Joint Procurements in response to COVID-19, including the ventilators scheme.</p><p> </p><p>However, participating in those four initial joint procurement schemes would not have allowed us to do anything that we have not been able to do ourselves.
