answer text <p>HM Courts &amp; Tribunals Service can only provide data for the period 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2019.</p><p> </p><p>The number of outstanding employment tribunal cases is a snapshot of data taken at a specific point in time and cannot be re-run retrospectively.
