<p>The Home Office collects and holds data on the number of notifiable offences rec-orded
by the police in England and Wales that result in a charge. However, from data held
centrally, it is not possible to identify the number and personal character-istics
of individuals charged or convicted. <br>Information on police recorded crime outcomes
