answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/03/2019 answer text <p>There should be zero tolerance for disruptive passenger behaviour on flights, whether or not it is caused by excessive alcohol consumption.</p><p>The Government welcomes the industry’s approach to this issue through the UK Aviation Industry Code of Practice on Disruptive Passengers, with initiatives such as the ‘One Too Many’ campaign to raise awareness of the penalties of drunken behaviour, and the introduction of tamper-proof bags for duty free alcohol sales.</p><p>However, the Government also continues to work with the Civil Aviation Authority, airports and airlines to find other ways to tackle this problem, as part of its consultation on the new UK Aviation 2050 Strategy. The Home Office launched a Call for Evidence on 1 November 2018 to assess the impact which the Licensing Act 2003 could have on reducing alcohol-related passenger disruptions if applied to airside premises at international airports in England and Wales. The Call for Evidence closed on 1 February, and the responses are currently being analysed. The Rail Delivery Group, overseen by a panel of independent members, manages the contract for the new service and works with the supplier to ensure that it provides value to both scheme members and passengers.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) will monitor the scheme’s performance, including its ability to drive improvements in rail companies, and seek improvements where necessary. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/03/2019 answer text <p>On 20 December 2018, the first wave of 25 trailblazer sites were announced which will trial the plans set out in the Green Paper, ‘Transforming children and young people’s mental health provision’, published in December 2017.</p><p>All trailblazer areas will build on support already in place and will work with other professionals such as speech and language therapists, including in support of delivering schools’ responsibilities for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/03/2019 answer text <p>The apprenticeship funding rules set out eligible costs that the government will pay to support the training and assessment required to deliver an apprenticeship.</p><p>The funding rules do not set out the different skills required for each apprenticeship as these are different for every standard or framework. The knowledge, skills and behaviours required for each apprenticeship are set out in the standard and its assessment plan or in the framework that the apprentice undertakes.
