answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/02/2019 answer text <p>There has been no assessment of the effect of delays to the introduction of faecal immunochemical test to the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme on the diagnosis rates of Bowel Cancer at stage one, stage two, stage three and stage four, or on the mortality rates of bowel cancer in England.</p><p> </p><p>The National Health Service in England already has a world class bowel cancer screening programme for people aged 60-74 years, with survival rates improving year on year. Regular bowel cancer screening has been shown to reduce the risk of dying from bowel cancer by 16%, and around 60% of bowel cancer patients now survive five years or more compared to around 25% 40 years ago. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/02/2019 answer text <p>The departmental budget for spending on sixth form funding in England from 2015-16 to 2019-20 was set in the 2015 Spending Review. As with other areas of departmental spending, sixth form funding from 2020 onwards will be considered as part of the next Spending Review.</p><p>We have protected the base rate of funding for 16 to 19 year olds for all types of providers until the end of the current spending review period in 2020 and overall, the government plans to invest nearly £7 billion during 2018-19, to ensure there is a place in education or training for every 16 to 19 year old who wants one. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/02/2019 answer text <p>Public Health England holds little information on emissions of perfluorooctanoic acid from waste incinerators, and no papers on any potential associated health effects.</p><p> </p><p>The available literature suggests that perfluorinated chemicals are destroyed as part of the incineration process, and nor does combustion lead to formation of perfluorooctanoic acid.
