<p>Annual allowances payable under the Civil Service Injury Benefit Scheme are reviewed each year and reduced where appropriate to take account of retirement pensions that become payable wholly or partly out of public funds. The information about claimants who have been overcompensated can only be provided at disproportionate cost.</p>
