The Government has published a consultation paper on the Windrush compensation scheme. Among the range of issues covered in the consultation, we are seeking views on whether a cap or maximum amount should be applied to a payment made under the scheme.We encourage people to respond to the consultation, which closed on 16 November, and welcome views on this matter.
