answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2018 answer text <p>By setting long term ambitions for 2040 and 2050, the Government has sent a clear signal for the UK’s direction of travel to provide industry and consumers with certainty on the transition to zero emission vehicles. The Government’s Road to Zero strategy, published in July, set out that by 2030 we want to see at least 50% and as many as 70% of new car sales being ultra low emission, alongside up to 40% of new vans. We expect this transition to be industry and consumer led, supported in the coming years by the measures set out in the Road to Zero strategy.</p><p> </p><p>There is significant uncertainty over some of the key drivers of the transition – including battery technology and new mobility services. The Government will be actively tracking market developments, looking at key factors such as uptake of Ultra Low Emission Vehicles, deployment of infrastructure, and consumer issues. The EHRC’s spending on electricity and natural gas is not readily available and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.</p><p>The information requested for DfE, Ofqual and Ofsted is in the attached table in Annex A. The figure for DfE includes all of its agencies and non-departmental bodies and has been adjusted to exclude Ofsted. We work with stakeholders and advisory groups to raise awareness of Access to Work and are working with Remploy and Ingeus to promote, and increase take up of the Mental Health Support Service. In addition, our Jobcentre partnership managers continue to engage with local stakeholders and partners to promote the support available. Access to Work is also promoted to a range of business leaders through the Disability Confident scheme.</p><p> </p><p>Most of the resource used for this activity, carried out by DWP staff or by partners, is not accounted for separately. Where an assessment provider determines that additional medical evidence from a GP could prove helpful they will request that evidence from the GP directly.</p><p> </p><p>GPs are obliged through their contract with NHS England to provide the assessment provider with medical evidence for Employment and Support Allowance free-of-charge.
