As announced in the Tobacco Control Plan, the Government will review where the UK’s exit from the European Union offers us opportunities to re-appraise current regulation to ensure this continues to protect the nation’s health. Consumers and healthcare professionals can report side effects and safety concerns with e-cigarettes and e-liquids to the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency through the Yellow Card reporting system. Widening access to Higher Education is a priority for this government. We want everyone with the capability to succeed in Higher Education to have the opportunity to benefit from a university education, regardless of background, ethnicity, or where they grew up.</p><p>In 2017, 18 year olds from ethnic minority backgrounds were more likely to enter full-time undergraduate higher education than ever before.</p><p>However, we still have more to do. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/10/2018 answer text <p>On 28 March 2018 the Regulator published its latest regulatory judgement for Clarion Housing Group following an in-depth assessment, which gave the Regulator assurance that Clarion’s leadership and governance arrangements are sufficient to support the delivery of its objectives and adequately control the organisation.</p><p>While Parliament sets the framework within which the Regulator operates, the Government cannot interfere in individual regulatory decisions and therefore I cannot direct the Regulator to publish specific details of its investigation.
