As mentioned on 1 August, a detained British national can contact our Embassy with any concerns about prison conditions and impact on their welfare. Consular staff will then raise these concerns directly with the appropriate authorities. The SOBC included an estimate of national and regional benefits associated with the scheme totalling £46.8m in present value terms (2010 prices, 60 year appraisal period). answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/09/2018 answer text <p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) technology appraisal methods and processes are internationally respected and have been developed through periodic review, including extensive engagement with stakeholders, to ensure that they remain fit for purpose.</p><p>Departmental officials and I have met with NHS England to discuss the treatment criteria relating to the use of ibrutinib for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL). NHS England has advised that it develops treatment criteria for cancer and other high cost drugs to support implementation of NICE guidance and to ensure approved treatments are available as intended, with access funded consistently across the country. These criteria are developed by relevant expert clinical advisers, drawn from NHS England’s 42 Clinical Reference Groups (CRGs). These CRGs have been established to support clinical commissioning across the entire specialised commissioning portfolio.</p><p>NHS England has recently completed a review of the treatment criteria related to the use of ibrutinib for the treatment of CLL which concluded that the criteria should be amended such that ibrutinib can be made available as a treatment option for those patients who have had remission durations of three years or more with their preceding line of therapy. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/09/2018 answer text <p>The Government recognises the important contribution that Welsh ports make to the economy, and intends to ensure that traffic continues to flow freely at all UK ports and airports, including at those such as Holyhead, Fishguard and Pembroke Dock.</p><p> </p><p>The Government’s White Paper on the UK’s Future Relationship with the European Union set out our proposal of a new Facilitated Customs Arrangement which would avoid any new routine customs checks and controls for UK-EU trade.</p><p> </p><p>However, it is our duty as a responsible Government to prepare for all potential outcomes.
