answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/09/2018 answer text <p>The Airports National Policy Statement (NPS) does not identify any statutory undertaker as the appropriate person or appropriate persons to carry out the preferred scheme.</p><p> </p><p>Any prospective developer would need to submit a Development Consent Order (DCO) application in line with the Airports NPS.
